About Primorsky Residence
Primorsky Residence is a low-rise apartment complex located on the Black Sea coast, distinguished by broken lines of facades, multifunctional glazing, and a green roof. Upon entering the building, residents and guests will be greeted by a concierge, and a luxurious atrium will feature a green corner with rare plants.
The project includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with open terraces where residents can have family dinners, do fitness and meditation, enjoy sunny rays, and breathtaking views of the central park and the sea coast with sunsets and sunrises. You can walk your child to the Golden Fish kindergarten No. 1, Rainbow kindergarten No. 3, and kindergarten No. 4, which are 10-15 minutes away.
